Everyone and everything at ACHIEVE was a positive experience--helpful answers to questions both prior to visiting and during my visit with my cat.  I was fairly sure I knew something was going on, but it didn't appear to reach the ER level . . . and ACHIEVE did the job.  Efficiently AND at a more than reasonable cost. My Rottweiler Spike got an injured ear, the top of his ear got ripped in half. It was bleeding so much, I took him to the vet ER by me and they were so busy, a 4-6 hour wait time. We couldn’t wait that long so they called a new nearby Vet urgent care place called Achieve Veterinary Urgent Care. We rushed Spike there and they were able to see him right away which was great and calmed my nerves. The receptionist Omi was so friendly, caring and personable. She eased my concerns and got us checked in right away. Dr. Nolan was the vet that saw Spike and she was amazing as well. She was very clear in her explanation of the treatment and how much it would cost, plus explained the after care instructions very well. She was so personable, caring and friendly. That’s not found in all vets or doctors and I appreciated that. The techs Gabriel and Tori were great as well. If anyone has a beloved dog or cat family member with a non life threatening urgent medical situation and you live in Montgomery County, I highly recommend Achieve Veterinary Urgent Care.

My dog was attacked a couple of days ago and my regular ER vet was booked up. I was referred to Achieve, and I’m so glad I was! The entire staff was kind, professional, knowledgeable; and patient. The facility is immaculate, and I didn’t feel like I was robbed when I left. This is my new “go-to” pet urgent care. I’m so pleased to have found this urgent care when no one else was available for my dog, who needed help with a paw injury. The front desk, technician, and Dr. Nolan were all very friendly and helpful. My pup felt at ease and didn’t even need sedation for the bandage. Dr Jasmine Nolan and her staff are professional and very comforting. My puppy ingested something not meant for dogs, upon arrival DR Nolan and her staff went right to work to diagnose the problem. The staff made me feel at ease with their patience, kindness, and being non judgmental with the new puppy parents. We walked in without an appointment and we were seen within a few minutes. It was very convenient. The staff are friendly and clearly love working with animals. And the price was better than going to an ER on a Sunday. Recommend
