What if my pet is experiencing a service NOT listed on the website?
Please call or email us regarding your pet’s issue so that we can determine if Urgent Care is where you should be -or if it is a service best suited for Emergency Care or Primary Care.
I have pet insurance. Do you all accept my pets insurance?
We love that you have insured your pet! Please make sure to read the fine print on your pet’s policy regarding which types of services are included. After your visit, we will send you your final paid invoice so that you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
What forms of payment are accepted?

We take cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Care Credit, and Scratchpay as types of payment. For more information, see our Payment Options page.

Am I allowed to stay with my pet during my appointment?

We will often examine your pet with you, however, there are some pets that do better away from the owner as they are trying to protect you. There are also some diagnostics/treatments that require us to take your pet away briefly but we promise they will come right back!

Will you be able to let my primary care veterinarian know the results of diagnostics and medications?
We send your records to your primary care veterinarian once they are completed.
